The Truth About Kratom Tea - The Kratom Facts You Need Now

For those who seek a completely natural, effective and legal means to mitigate chronic pain, for example, Lyme Disease or spinal cord problems, Kratom tea is an incredible leaf and can offer the relief you are looking for.

Kratom is the dried and crushed (or powdered) leaves of the species Mitragyna speciosa, a tree that is native to Southeast Asia. The kratom tree is in the same botanical family as the coffee tree.

A Little Kratom History

It has been used as a medicinal and recreational herbal drug for thousands of years and offers stimulants (at low doses), sedatives (at higher doses), analgesics and (yes) euphoric, properties similar to opiates

Kratom contains alkaloids similar to pharmaceutical and synthetic opiates, but it is said to be much less addictive. In fact, sometimes kratom is used as a means to decrease withdrawal symptoms from opioid addiction.

However, if you are going to use it to relieve pain, be careful and treat it with respect.

Why I Use Kratom Tea

After 2 back surgeries and years of occasional, but severe discomfort, I realized that I needed a non-addictive means to control the episodes of severe back pain that creeps in from time to time; Kratom fits perfectly into that invoice.

Kratom is a totally natural solution that really works for me. Frankly, I'm not sure if it really cushions back pain, or if I just do not care (because, frankly, it gives a really wonderful opiate buzz that feels great!). I guess it really does not matter; Occasionally I use kratom, I feel better ... period. Life is good!

Some People Enjoy Making Kratom Tea

Now, there are some who really enjoy the ancestral ritual of boiling, dipping, stirring, forcing and repeating, to make a batch of kratom tea. In fact, some also like the bitter-alkaline taste of kratom tea ... but personally, I do not care either.

Do not get me wrong, I really like the smell of fresh kratom leaves and kratom powder, and I love the effects of kratom to relieve pain and attitude, but that bitter alkaline taste, the ingredient that makes kratom so special, just turn my stomach.

The preparation of Kratom tea is not ritualistic for me, but a necessary evil, a real task of pain in the butt that must be done to enjoy the benefits of the leaf.
