I am not a connoisseur of Kratom. I have only tried three or four different strains. There was no real reason to. I found what I was looking for in Red Bali. It soothes the anxiety and helps lessen my shaking. I can take this in the morning and be able to function the rest of the day, or I can drop off back to sleep if I so desire. I recommend this to anyone that just wants to chill.

See my review for Green premium Maeng Da... basically the same review. Highly recommend both/either for pain. Going to try a white as well to blend with as i am not looking for the euphoric/relaxing effects, just pain relief.
